Public — what happened
Summary
The F5 Distributed Cloud team is currently investigating an issue affecting access to the NGINX One Console, with Console APIs currently returning 503 Service Unavailable errors.
Customer application traffic remains entirely unaffected. Existing NGINX instances are fully operational and continue to serve live traffic normally, with no disruption to the data plane or application availability.
The impact is strictly limited to the NGINX One Console. Management and control plane operations—such as configuration changes and monitoring performed through the Console—are temporarily unavailable.
Our teams are actively working to identify the root cause and restore full Console access as quickly
