Summary
Homevolt manufacturer Polarium is experiencing an issue in their cloud environment, which can lead to incorrect information being shown in the Tibber app and the Polarium Home app.
Because of this issue, Polarium also needs to make manual adjustments when a second Homevolt unit is installed, or when a defective inverter is swapped for a new one. This can delay Tibber regaining control of the system.
Polarium is working hard to identify the issue(s) and resolve them as soon as possible.
