Summary

Effective July 1, the European Union introduced a new €3 flat-rate customs duty per HS code for items valued under €150, in addition to import VAT. <a href="https://www.shipstation.com/blog/eu-de-minimis-shipping-changes-what-to-know/">Learn more here</a>. <strong>GlobalPost:</strong> Due to new EU regulations, Germany is no longer accepting IOSS DDU shipments valued under €150, and France will only accept them through the end of July.
