Summary
We are pleased to inform you that the incident affecting our Backbone offering has been resolved.

<b>Root Cause :</b> This incident was caused by reaching the MAX PREF on peering session with our provider Orange.
We worked with the provider to increase this limit to restore services as nominal state.
