Moneris has identified an issue affecting Terminal End of Day reports. Affected clients may experience issues with End of Day reporting, including missing transactions, transactions appearing on incorrect reporting dates, and report reconciliation discrepancies.
Support teams have been engaged and are actively working to identify the root cause as well as resolve the issue.
Preliminary observations indicate that manually updating the terminal application may resolve the issue:
