Moneris has received reports of a third-party service disruption that may affect Interac TSP transactions (mobile wallet) intermittently for some merchants.
Interac Incident Number : INC0364193
Workaround : Cardholders can use their physical Interac card to process the transaction. Only the mobile wallet based transactions would be impacted.
We are actively investigating and will provide an update as more information becomes available from Interac.
