Summary

The issue affecting real-time WAF alerts has been resolved. Following the implementation of a fix and a period of monitoring, we have confirmed that real-time WAF alert delivery has returned to normal operation. WAF protection remained fully operational throughout the incident, and traffic inspection and policy enforcement were not impacted. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
