Highway continues to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of datasets released by Motus. Due to incomplete and inconsistent information in Motus, Highway has not been able to utilize Authority History and Insurance updates since the final L&I update on May 14th, 2026. The primary impact relates to authority age calculations and carriers that obtained authority through Motus after May 14, 2026 or experienced authority changes after May 14, 2026. Highway is in active communication with the FMCSA regarding data discrepancies that persist.
