Note that is you are both faculty/staff and student, you may want to check you are adding the account by your primary email address. If you cannot log in with your @gsu.edu address, enter your @student.gsu.edu email address.
Seeing Your Account as @archive.gsu.edu or Having Outlook Issue on Phone or Computer
These steps apply to both Outlook Desktop and Outlook Mobile.
Please remove the old @archivemail.gsu.edu Outlook account/profile and then add the @student.gsu.edu account again using your current GSU credentials.
