Summary
A fix has been developed for the authentication issue affecting some users of the Simpleview CRM Outlook Integration. The fix is currently undergoing validation and is expected to be deployed once that process is complete. Users who recently reset their password or entered new credentials may continue to experience authentication failures until the fix is in place. We will provide another update once the deployment is complete.
