Summary
We have identified the cause of the issue affecting foreign exchange quote and trade processing and have implemented mitigation measures to restore service availability. Trading functionality has been restored and quote requests have been rerouted through an alternative provider while we continue to monitor platform stability.
Customers may continue to experience differences in quote availability for a small subset of currency pairs while traffic remains routed through the alternative provider. Our teams are actively monitoring the service and validating performance before returning to the standard provider configuration.
