Summary

JLLT OneServiceCenter has been made aware of an issue that may be affecting services with inviting CruLeads/CruMembers in the CorrigoPro Desktop. The Invitation text message is not being send out to newly invited Cru. Additionally, when existing CruLeads/CruMembers are attempting to login to the Mobile Application, the One-Time Passcode (OTP) is not received. At this time this appears to only affect the AM Region. A possible workaround for existing CruLeads/CruMembers is to log into the Desktop if you are set up as a User. Our Engineering teams are aware and working towards a resolution.
