Summary
We have received reports from customers having issues opening the KeyLink program. If your building is affected and you have the administrative password for the computer, or if your computer is managed by your local IT:
1, Close the KeyLink program entirely.
2. When re-opening, right-click on the KeyLink program, select "Run as administrator" and re-open.
3. You will be prompted to input the Administrative password, and the program should open as expected.
If you do not have the Administrative Password for your computer, you can call our Support Team at 877-501-7117 and leave us a message. Our team will call back as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while we work to get this
