Summary
Our team is continuing to work toward resolving fraudulent online sign-ups affecting certain clubs in the United States.
As part of our continued efforts, we are:
- Implementing additional safeguards to help reduce repeated fraudulent online sign-up attempts.
- Working with the service provider associated with the automated submissions to help block the malicious activity.
Workaround:
If a fraudulent prospect is identified, clubs can manually delete the prospect in ClubHub and ClubOS.
Our teams are continuing to monitor incoming lead activity and will provide additional updates as needed.
