Summary
The sync issue between ABC and our systems that caused certain agreements to remain in a Pending or New status has been resolved.
ABC has completed the necessary syncing for affected agreements, and member statuses should now update as expected in Club Hub.
Members who were impacted, including reactivated members and members who resolved previous billing issues, should now reflect the appropriate Active status.
